Clinton High Course Guide

The key to successful high school planning is involvement. Our ultimate goal is for each student to have a program that will provide a meaningful and successful educational experience. In order to achieve this goal, we believe it is necessary for administrators, counselors, and teachers to provide information, counseling, and recommendations to enable the student and his/her parents to make wise decisions. The ultimate responsibility for the selection of courses to be included in the student schedule rests with the student and his/her parents. This is an important decision that can have a great impact on the student’s educational progress and, therefore, should be given very careful consideration. This course guide gives a brief description of content, prerequisites, and expectations of each course. Students are urged to become familiar with these course options and other registration materials and to discuss the tentative course selections with parents.
